TA-50 Gear Storage Locker

TA-50 lockers are built with a fully framed steel design that supports everyday use while keeping issued equipment secure and easy to access. Full-length continuous hinges allow the doors to open without obstruction, providing clear access for storing or removing bulky equipment. To protect against wear, the unit is finished with a powder coating, while reinforced bottoms, backs, and sides add strength where heavier items are stored. For installation flexibility, pre-punched holes in the back and sides allow lockers to be connected together or secured to a wall, with additional anchoring points in the base for floor mounting. The unit also includes integrated ventilation and a high-security 3-point latch with a padlock-ready handle.

Two-Tier TA-50 Gear Storage Locker

Two-tier TA-50 gear lockers are designed to make better use of vertical space in areas where space optimization is critical. By dividing a full-height locker into two stacked compartments, this configuration allows multiple users to store issued equipment within the same floor footprint. Each tier functions as an independent storage space, supporting organized gear separation while helping facilities increase capacity without increasing their overall footprint.

Customization, Design, and Installation

Assessment and Consultation

Our consulting services focus on aligning weapon storage requirements with operational needs and compliance standards. We work with military and law enforcement agencies to plan secure storage environments that account for space constraints, workflow, and real-world installation conditions. From armories and controlled-access storage rooms to integrated weapons and equipment systems, our approach supports DoD and MIL-SPEC compliance while prioritizing safety, security, and operational efficiency.

Custom Design and Engineering

When consulting on weapon storage, consideration is given to how each space functions today and how it may need to adapt over time. Systems are planned and configured to meet current operational requirements, or reconfigured where existing systems need to be adjusted to support new layouts, inventories, or mission demands. All designs maintain alignment with DoD, MIL-SPEC, and agency-specific compliance requirements to support secure access, accountability, and long-term armory performance.

Manufacturing and Quality Control

Manufacturing control ensures weapon storage systems are built to meet defined performance, durability, and compliance requirements without deviation. Materials, fabrication methods, and finishes are selected to support heavy-duty use while maintaining alignment with applicable DoD and MIL-SPEC standards. This controlled approach supports consistent product quality, interchangeability, and long-term reliability across armory, deployment, and secure storage applications.

Professional Installation and Support

Work is carried out with a clear focus on safety, compliance, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Facility conditions, load requirements, access controls, and site constraints are considered early on, guaranteeing alignment with OSHA, DoD, NFPA, and other applicable standards. After installation, continued support is available to assist with adjustments, service needs, and future changes so systems perform reliably over time.
End-to-End Support

TA-50 military gear lockers design

TA-50 lockers serve as heavy-duty, customized storage units for individual-issue equipment and gear, optimizing space in armories and barracks while ensuring rapid access and strict security compliance.

Hanger Bar

The integrated hanger bar provides a dedicated, full-width space for wrinkle-free storage of uniforms, jackets, and tactical apparel. Positioned for easy access, it ensures that clothing is kept clean, organized, and immediately ready for quick deployment, reducing retrieval time during critical situations.

Keeps uniforms wrinkle-free and instantly ready for use.

Coat Hooks

Multiple robust coat hooks are securely mounted, offering convenient and immediate hanging space for vests, bags, belts, and specialized gear. These hooks are weight-rated for heavy tactical loads, ensuring easy organization and quick retrieval of frequently used equipment upon arrival or departure.

Provides quick, secure hanging for heavy gear and vests.

Additional Shelving

Optional, heavy-duty shelving units can be easily integrated to increase organized storage capacity for items like ammunition, documentation, or electronics. These extra shelves utilize vertical space efficiently, guaranteeing a stable and highly adaptable platform for diverse equipment loadouts within the locker.

Easily increases storage capacity for various essential items.

Back Panel Columns

These vertical columns run the height of the locker, featuring a perforated or slotted pattern that allows for infinite adjustability of all internal accessories. This structure ensures users can customize the exact placement of shelves, hooks, and specialized mounts, maximizing usable interior space efficiently.

Allows infinite, tool-free adjustment of all internal components.
